Stayed open late helped carry stuff in , awesome staff
Have not had inquiries responded too via voicemail or text. I understand businesses are busy but I am a repeat customer and spent decent money and knew exactly what I needed and would have made several more purchases since my last had I received a response
Absolute worst customer service ever. Very rude over the phone to the point that he was talking back to me, and hung up the phone on me multiple times when i just asked a simple question as to if they found any of the parts i was looking for the day before because i never got a call back. So i was just curious. He said “if you want i can just stop looking and tell you that we dont have anything if thats what you want” then hung up the phone on me. What a joke
