Great place if you're a seasoned pro and know what you're after. If you aren't one however, you will be treated quite rudely and condescendingly by the lady who manages the store, even if you've spent hundreds of dollars on chemicals.
The staff here is wonderful. They are kind and helpful and I didn't feel upsold once. So much knowledge. Also sell excellent ducks.
Absolutely amazing customer service solved my issue in minutes and had all the answers I needed. More that willing to travel the 2 hours each way just to deal with these guys!
Chris and Lindsay are the best , we even got our tub installed on a Saturday couldn't be happier with our new hot tub
