The Owner, Stephan Wasson, has no communication skills at all and horrible is on following up on issues! He claims he does great pool installs, but my experience with him was horrific. The first pool liner leaked due a some screws put in backwards, that eventually created a leak in the liner less than a year after it had been installed. Stephan had to put in another liner, which leaked day #1. I don't know if that was his fault or not, but he only came back once to try to find the leak.
