After the winter storm of 2026 I was in the area looking for a car wash. My truck was so filthy. Everybody was closed. I called and searched for many miles to msby car washes and finally gave up once I pulled in here to see it was closed. I sat there for about 5 minutes looking for any possible opportunities to clean my work truck when the owner showed up to check on his water lines. The time alert did not beep in the end bay. I had to deposit another $2 to rinse a small amount of pink foam from the back of my vehicle. After rinsing the soap off, I used spot-free rinse so I could listen for a beep/tone — absolutely NO SOUND to alert user to deposit coins or that wash would end. No timer on these units and unknown duration of what I’ve paid for. It’s a clean car wash and most features work. It’s truly unfortunate that self-serve car washes are becoming rare.
