Extremely knowledgeable in the lingo and stuff. Shop helped me find a starter kit vaping. Guy seemed a little flustered when I told him the carts I wanted to vape he just asked me if I was a smoker nope the nicotine vapes were interesting to say the least but I needed a box so I could vape some weed just starting out so I didn't really know alot of the terms used. Good selection of juices but the only downside, which applies to all vape shops now, there is no nicotine available to add to the juice. Only nicotine free options
I called first to see if they might have what I needed, the guy that answered was very professional and pleasant. They did have the product, so I visited the store, got exactly what I needed and the same guy took care of me. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
