Wish I'd have read the review from last week before trying this car wash for the first time. I had exactly the same experience today -- the right (passenger) side of car wash didn't work at all. I drove through a second time but it didn't help much. All 4 wheel wells were still dirty -- they didn't even look wet after 2 trips through the tunnel. I opted for the $20 service with tire shine, but it was not present on any sidewalls -- there was no evidence of tire shine at all on the right side, and gobs of a viscous substance ... read more
Waste of $20
Staff is very friendly the price is just fine and it’s a nice building however, there seems to be something wrong with the wash itself. The machines on the left side will move in to give a proper wash however the right side machines and the initial front brush do not move in leaving for an uneven wash. I just went through and the right side rotating brush barely washed my passenger side mirror and I came out to find there was still some dirt and what not on the right side. Hope they can fix it. Great car wash. We have used it many times. Will return again soon. It is great that the vacuums are included with the car wash. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
