Absolutely the worst experience I rather use bucket and a sponge and wash my car in the freezing rain before I got back to this place. Went through the car wash paid extra money for the higher level wash just for my car to come out still dirty went around to ask if I can get a rewash and the guy named CALEB throws me a towel and told me to clean my car myself.
