Selling out to Classy Chassis was a downgrade for this location. Classy Chassis had a scummy monthly subscription. Purchased a monthly on 6/27, cancelled on 7/27. They charged me anyways and refused to issue refund. Katie, the customer rep, lacked basic human deceny and refused to issue refund despite knowing I had not used the services on or past end of my initial subscriptiond ate. I missed when this location was Wet Rabbit. Better customer service.
I am a member of the car wash place. Used to like it. But this time it hurts me. After went into car wash, the water went into my taillight. They adjusted the machine too close to the car. Before the new owner take over, there used to be a complain about same probably. Now it comes back and got my car this time. Disappointed.
