Doug and Wet Pools did a phenomenal job transforming our backyard. It’s been over a year now, and we haven’t had a single issue. The pool and water features look amazing, the pavers came out beautiful, and the spa with the air jets and heating system has been great. They also built our outdoor kitchen with stained wood and high-quality equipment, and everything came together perfectly. Doug was friendly, responsive, communicated throughout the entire process, and most importantly, delivered on what he promised. Our backyard... read more
The construction of the wet pool was very good, and the quotation was very competitive compared with other swimming pool companies we found. The final aftermath was also very good, helping us lay back the SOD and repair the irrigation system.
We signed with another pool builder in May 2024 and in August they still had not started building. We looked for another reputable pool builder and I am so glad we did. They did a pool school at the completion of the pool to make sure we were comfortable with maintaining everything going forward... read more
I can’t recommend Wet Pools enough. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to every detail. They helped us design the perfect pool that fits our backyard and lifestyle, and the installation process was smooth and stress-free. We’ve also used them for regular maintenance, and they consistently exceed our expectations with their thoroughness and reliability. What really sets them apart is their customer service. Project manager always responded promptly to our requests and ad... read more
