The representative, Kevin Stanley, is so very informative and knowledgeable. He has put our minds at ease almost immediately. He let us know what to expect and what the time frame will be. I am truly grateful that he has come into our lives.
They sent a professional, Kevin, out within an hour of our call. He immediately identified the areas of our home that were affected by the water damage (leaking pipe in a wall), he had all of the equipment with him ready to go, and took his time discussing the plan with us moving forward. He was very thorough in his clean up of our home after installing the dehumidifiers and fans, ensuring machines were working correctly prior to leaving and that cords were tucked away.
