rkpc I used to go there but after purchasing 3 different items at three different times and them not standing behind there products. Example I purchased the easy harness for my dog it came apart after 3 weeks at the seam. I called and told them what had happened and brought the harness back in and they said they couldn't do anything. Maybe I should call the manufacturer myself, so I went to Petco they sell this same harness for less $, and asked if they would deal with the manufacturer they said they would. My favorite doggy splurge! I came in to purchase some Orijen food as I can't find it anywhere else in the area, and was blown away. This store is wonderful, the staff is always great with my very energetic puppy. Once at the register they didn't even wince ringing up a slobber covered bone that my pup had been sampling while waiting in line. They aren't cheap, but I enjoy coming in and having great products and great service readily available.
