The 1st time I went to this store was right before my pups 1st bday. I fell in love with it & their customer service.
So glad to be able to walk into the store, tell them about an issue with one of the dogs and then be given some options. Very knowledgeable about product lines, dog issues, suggestions....a very satisfied customer!
BEWARE OF THEIR GLENVIEW STORE! DO NOT SHOP OR SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! This store has cheated me out of $80 and while we are not talking about a lot of money here, it is their callous attitude and deceptive practices that is upsetting. The worse part was the disparaging remarks made by the owner, belittling me. The staff at this store, called and left an urgent message on my voice mail, to come quick and clean their windows(I am a professional Window Cleaner).
