Karen and Ron from Wet 'n' Wild are simply THE BEST!! They stand behind what they sell and put their customers first. I've dealt with them for 15 years (purchasing new, maintenance, etc) and they have been accommodating, reasonable, fair and loyal to their customers. When there's a issue, they are understanding and will do what's necessary to make things right. Can't say enough good things about them.

We have been dealing with Karen & her husband at Wet n Wild for many years as we purchased a Soft tub through them,and although the Soft tub hasn’t been perfect, they have helped us keep it going and have preformed a few repairs for us, we would recommend them and will continue to use them for any hot-tub needs we have in the future.
