Customer service was great, very happy with my products I ordered, and supervisor was excellent! She was very helpful . Very satisfied
Disappointed and will not order direct from Wet n Wild again. Customer service is great, love their products, but they dropped the ball on my order. Fingers crossed it still comes but I’m not holding my breath. I ordered for a gift and now I can’t give it any more. Will find someone else to gift to. Should have ordered from Ulta or Amazon (my mistake).
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. I purchased two pencil shadows and had a severe allergic reaction. This is what happens when you buy low-quality products. The brand clearly doesn’t care about its customers. I reached out to them back in January to find a solution, but after months of waiting and constant back and forth being asked to provide doctor’s notes, which I did they still told me it wasn’t enough. Esa compañía tiene leader que tiene preferencias con la gente yo estuve trabajando en el área te quick pick y el leader es mala onda solo porque su amigo no le gusta ir a producción lo deja en quick pick y lo manda a uno otra cosa me quiso acusar de unas cajas que segun el yo no las escane por cubrir a sus amigos busca culpables es unas de la compañía que explota a la gente no vale la pena trabajar allí
