Wasn't overly impressed when i last visited the shop in person over the summer (disengaged staff, odd layout). however I did place an online order earlier this week and received it promptly via UPS for a very reasonable flat rate shipping cost. I won't be in a rush to shop in store again, but will certainly order online again in the future.
I was so impressed with how fast my order was delivered. Thank you! (They also included a really cute penguin stitch marker that makes me want to exclusively order from them from now on lol)
Disappointing experience. I asked the employee for help determining if a garment was genuinely wool, and she told me there’s basically no way to tell. This is a strange thing to hear from a shop that has “wool” in its name and sells wool yarn. If your staff can’t speak to something as basic as identifying wool, what exactly are we doing here? Would not recommend if you’re looking for actual product knowledge.
Very unfriendly shop assistant. Didn't acknowledge me or ask if I needed help finding anything.
