We used John and team to figure out a solution to water seeping into our basement. They were attentive and gave us a quote and a timeline. We are 100% grateful that we did. Jon was completed 1 week before the major floods hit our area this winter. And our basement… clean and dry! Would highly recommend.

Very impressed with the quality of work from John and Wet Basement Services. They handled my water intrusion issue end-to-end, from the mold remediation to the final drainage system. John was great about keeping me updated with photos at every stage of the project. The work is very professional, and having that lifetime guarantee gives a real peace of mind. Highly recommended if you are looking for a permanent solution for your basement.

The team handled both the water remediation and the wall replacement, and the quality of the work was solid. The crew was clean, tidy, and respectful of our space. They... read more
