We had water coming in through the base of our basement fireplace. John came out the same day I called, gave me a great explanation of what was causing the issue and how they would fix it. With rain in the forecast they fast tracked the installation of their drainage system and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. A+
I highly recommend Wet Basement Services and am giving them a 5 star rating because they were able to correct our recent basement flooding issue that was created by a former contractor, USA Green Builders. WBS came out quickly and installed a sump pump with a backup pump quickly. The thing I like best about them is they explained why it was important to expand the the subfloor drain beyond where the leak was because the hydrostatic pressure would’ve found new ways to come in. Over the last 25 years our basement was having more and more water seepage during the rainy season. In the fall of 2022 I hired Wet Basement Services to remedy the situation. Jerzy came out to my house, reviewed the situation and thoroughly explained their remedy. John and his crew did the contracted work and everything has functioned as expected.
