I highly recommend Wet Basement Services. They not only do a great job, they are reliable, knowledgeable, and offer a personal touch. My basement flooded twice in early November. There were multiple non-obvious issues that they helped me diagnose, with both a short term fix (installing a new pump) and a long term fix (installing a drain system in my basement).
