My first WesVet experience with Dr. Wes was exceptional. We were greeted with warmth and kindness when we first arrived and then Whitney offered coffee, which was delicious. I was early, but they had a room ready for me and my kitty Alley. Lindsey (Vet Tech) came in and asked all the right questions and you could see the love she had for animals was genuine. Had the most amazing experience here! I recently rescued a dog who is very skittish. The staff was so friendly and patient with him throughout the whole visit. From the front desk, to the vet techs, and to the vet himself, everyone was so kind to my sweet pup. Dr. Hays even sat on the floor with my dog to make him more comfortable. Kristen’s warmth and Dr. Dobbs’ thorough reassurance made us feel completely supported. As fosters with Critter Cavalry, it meant so much to feel appreciated and seen in the work we do.
