Good experience start to finish. I appreciated the guidance and recommendations selecting flooring. We chose Westy’s because I believed that they would take care of our home and have the finished product looking just right, and that is what we got!

Awful experience with owner after a tragedy in our family. Flooring was not supposed to be laid for 8 months but he insisted it was already ordered and being stored by him and he would not let any grieving be done before any major decisions could be made about $14,000 worth of flooring that was no longer needed to my significant other being tragically killed. I just needed some time to grieve and think what to do to make a rational decision but he would not allow that.
