Vijay Negi is the best! From the time we walked in the door he was extremely professional, approachable, knowledgeable and agreeable. I love Westys anyway but this experience was amazing with Vijay

We have been interacting primarily with Vijay at the Elmsford location. He is terrific! He is always welcoming, patient with our many questions and always greets us with a smile. He has made a stressful situation less stressful. We also interacted with Arlene and Justin, who were also wonderful - welcoming and very helpful.
Excellent service with a super clean facility. Made the change from another storage facility costing me almost double and with a much worse experience, and very grateful I did.
