The personnel is A+ in the areas of customer service, courteous demeanor, attentive to your needs and extremely pleasant at all times when I am interacting with them. I have been a customer since 2007. The structure exterior and interior is an A+ as well. I would recommend this company and this location.
I rented with Westy Self Storage in Elmsford for over a year. The staff. Arlene And RJ were very professional and helpful in setting up A storage unit for my move . When it was time to move out Arlene was very helpful in referring me to a mover that was reasonable in price moving my things out of state I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the caring staff at this Westys location BH
Very clean storage, the staff are very friendly and professional.
Anna has always taken really good care of us here! The facility is easy to maneuver and get in and out of and it’s also really clean!
