The personnel is A+ in the areas of customer service, courteous demeanor, attentive to your needs and extremely pleasant at all times when I am interacting with them. I have been a customer since 2007. The structure exterior and interior is an A+ as well. I would recommend this company and this location.
I rented with Westy Self Storage in Elmsford for over a year. The staff. Arlene And RJ were very professional and helpful in setting up A storage unit for my move . When it was time to move out Arlene was very helpful in referring me to a mover that was reasonable in price moving my things out of state I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the caring staff at this Westys location BH
