Rita and the staff are wonderful to work with. The facility is clean and well lit. It's a very nice storage facility.
Westy Self storage is the most clean and safe place to store items. The staff at White Plains Westy is exceptional!!!! Rita has become like family - never once has she not had us well informed on updates etc. We have had a storage space with Westy for over 20 years and would never consider using any other place. Rita and her staff are the most honest and super kind!!!

I used Westy's White Plains (WP) for a few months and had a great experience with Doug who provided excellent service and later Rita who was very understanding and supportive of my unfolding circumstances. They were professional. Westy's WP is clean, and climate controlled. I liked that they don't increase their prices after a few months and especially that they have a month-free running promotion. Westys White Plains is by far the best storage facility we have used. The space, the light, the ambience and above all the people are terrific. Shout out to Doug who we gave been working with for years and has helped us with 4 different storage units. Also Rita and David made our most recent experience at Westys very smooth and efficient.
