I needed a place to store a few things and did not want the rent to be going up every few months. I saw Westy's ad which guaranteed that the rent would be frozen for 2yrs. So, I took a chance . True to their word, they never raised the rent for the 20 months i was there. Above that, they are very professional. Their buildings are clean and access is great. Their bathroom is clean and modern. Not crowded at all. All in all, I was very happy with Westy's. Thank you guys! Should I ever need storage, I will be back.
Westy Storage should be your first and last stop!!!. This company takes great pride in providing their customers with TOP NOTCH customer service. You'll be surprised when you pull up to the gate of this facility which looks more like a hotel !! This entire place is so well maintained and immaculate!! Terrible customer service, heartless, people at work at the desk and nobody cares. They’re extremely rude. Don’t waste your time go to a different storage company.
