Fantastic customer service! Julissa, at the Hackensack location, handled an issue I had quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Janet has also been very helpful. Westy’s in general is clean and accommodating. But when customer service is top notch, then the business is something I can whole heartedly recommend. You cant go wrong storing your belongings there.
Janet was great. Everyone I have talk with at this location is always friendly and very helpful. Next time I need storage, I will be coming back!
