I left a huge review previously but decided to shorten it with my update. Essentially the apt wasn't ready when we got here. We were told it would be fixed on Monday, we moved in Saturday. They never left any notes and took the following week off. Nothing got fixed. It's been a battle to get it done. I apparently misread my leasing agreement and didn't pay the right amount. No one bothered to say anything and I got dinged late fees until they posted a pay rent or leave letter in my door. I tried to call the office but as usu... read more
Update to my original review: maintenance was here first thing this morning after my email was forwarded to them yesterday. They have been amazing! So very helpful and friendly. Previous:They weren't done with the apt when we moved in. We moved in on Saturday and were told the cabinets would be finished on Monday. The oven needed cleaning and a unit was missing which would be handled. I stopped by the office Monday and the person there had no idea what I was talking about. They did get the kitchen sink leak fixed and put up ... read more
Really happy with my new apartment! It’s clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Management has been responsive and helpful. The move-in process was smooth. I’m enjoying living here so far and would recommend it.
We just moved in recently and the gentleman that helped in the office were kind, patient and answered any and all questions we had. They both worked with us step by step to help us get into our new place and I would recommend then to everyone. Very happy and look forward to living here. And it’s been super quiet. Everyone in this area sticks to themselves. Very chill.
