Misinformed on insurance they accepted I too agree with the woman who had a terrible experience with this office!! I am pregnant with my 4th child and was told that this office took both of my insurances!! Only to find out when I went to register that they only took my primary and not my secondary and I would have to pay the remaining balance on my overall bill by my 7th month of pregnancy!!! Horrible experience. I am pregnant with my first baby and this office was recommended by a friend. I went in for my first visit and was honestly floored by the collective attitude of the staff. The receptionist was downright rude and seemed annoyed that I was creating more work for her by being a new patient. I then went in to see one of the other Nurse Practitioners about billing, and she was extremely short with me and rude. Laura Wow. The first review surprised me. I have been going here since I was 18 and have had two successful pregnancies, the second of which was higher risk. They always made time for me, the staff is super friendly and competent. I've recommended them to a pregnant friend who just moved back to the area and she had a great experience with the birth of her son. The NP's are especially excellent.
