Technologists are completely overworked. They are doing close to 20 patients a day and exhausted. Working through breaks and treated like robots. Patient care suffers and patient appointments always late due to overbooked and overwhelmed. Technologists state management has been refusing change.
going through my first pregnancy and have had AWFUL care from both the waterbury and southbury office. dr slemmons from southbury RUSHED my appointment because she “had to pick her kids up from the bus stop” absolute horrible patient care which made me transfer all my OB/GYN care. would NEVER recommend these offices to anyone.
