I’ve been a resident for 20 years. In the past year the building has deteriorated. We have a new maintenance manager who wants to help in anyway he can. There are ongoing issues which need to be addressed by management. They need to hire a new pest control service as the current one isn’t addressing some of residents concerns. The very first day I arrived there were multiple things wrong. The apartment was not ready. My lease began on July 1, it is now August 14 and I still don’t have a working oven. My bathroom sink was rusted stained scratches, now it feels as though there is a rubbery sticky substance, and when I place things on it, they stick and stain. I requested a porcelain sink and toilet. And the bathtub has stains that I cannot remove. My toilet has rust stains around the rim that has corroded the porcelain.
