I rented a storage unit from Westwood in Rathdrum for one month and only used it for about a week. I gave notice to cancel the SAME DAY it started — exactly as required in the contract. They still charged me for another month and then demanded that I drive back and take a picture of the empty unit or they will keep billing my card. There is NOTHING in the contract requiring customers to take photos or physically verify anything on behalf of the company. Would be nice to not have to be forwarded to a call center. They wanted every bit of my information just to inquire on door width. Didn’t feel like adding more spam calls
Extremely clean conveniently located easy to access storage facility. I’ve seen some rough ones in my day and this one is certainly the nicest I’ve seen.
