Honestly this was a wonderful stay. All the staff were pleasant. I enjoyed knowing that the entire hotel faced the water. The view was beautiful. They have a hot tub as well as 2 pools one indoor and the other outdoor. I wpuld stay again hands down. Thank you staff for all your help. I also loved the Guest Book in each room. So neat.
When we booked we asked for a room with the best view of the water. Arriving at the resort it was a quick smooth process. We entered the suite and right away we could smell stale smoke. There was a view of the water but it was not the best. We consulted the front desk staff and they were very helpful and wanting to make our stay better. Initially they offered to spray something that could potentially remove the odor but we would have to leave for an hour.
