I hired Tim to help remodel and clean up a rental house in midtown. Tim acted as general contractor and worked with the tradesmen. The entire house was redone including all floors, wall, trim, cabinets and bathrooms. Tim gave me bids for each part, stuck to his bids and had the work done on time.
