Made an appointment in person. When I went to the appointment, there was no record of it. Disappointed
Extremely helpful and insightful. I had been a runner for years without paying attention to "cadence", unaware that the impact on my legs and hips was much greater with a lower turnover rate. They actually helped me take a video on the treadmill so that I could see my own form. They not only helped me to get back on the horse, but they helped me transform into a smarter, healthier runner. All the staff were caring and patient.
Very friendly and knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I could get back to my normal level of activity asap. Such a great experience, I was almost sad to have to stop.
Connections PT has helped me so much! I had a stress fracture and bad arthritis in my foot, and stiffness from an old ankle injury had been causing problems for years. I saw Max Cantor in the Westwood office. He is extremely knowledgeable and a fabulous physical therapist. Not only did he help me along the path to a full foot and ankle recovery, he also gave me guidance on how quickly and how much to push myself, in order to minimize painful setbacks.
