I never experienced oral surgery. The process was easy and painless. Dr.Seeger explained the procedure and answered my questions. The surgery was painless and post surgery was easy as I followed the instructions they provided.
I was charged for an x-ray that was never taken. When I mentioned this, I was corrected by the office staff, who assured me I had just had an x-ray, when I did not. I was charged for this non-existent x-ray, and they would not remove the charge from my bill. Patient care definitely has taken a downturn since the remodel. They were better before.
Everyone at westwood oral are so nice They helped me relax and eased my anxiety . Dr Seegar was amazing very kind. Thank you all for making me feel relaxed.
