Extremely rude weekend receptionist. Went to pick up contacts on a Saturday (which I have done in the past before), and the woman working the front desk that morning was extremely rude, not to mention speaking with a mouth full of food. Not a good face for or representation of Westwood Opthamology whatsoever. Very disappointing.
I’ve been going to Dr Kaiden for several years , he retired the practice is not the same , I saw Dr . Lee , he said he wanted to see me in four months , the front desk argued with me , we don’t have anything until Feb which was 7 months , I asked again I was told that’s all we can do and you’ll have to see another Dr . The practice went down hill I’m not going back again after being a patient for 20 years . Miss you Dr. Kaiden , Virginia Di Grazia
First I must say how grateful I am for Dr. Fliecher who performed cataract surgery on me and installed bifocal lenses and gave me 20/20 vision back in 2016. Now the reason I am giving a 1 star, for over a year now I have been trying to come in and get an eye exam My primary doctor keeps telling me, you need an exam. I told her last year I scheduled an exam which was 3 months before I could see the doctor, and 2 days before the exam I was notified the doctor could not be available and would have to reschedule. I will forever be grateful to the staff and Dr Bianchi who saw my child same day for an emergency. We were not established patients of the practice, yet they still saw us asap. First rate practice !!!!!
Dr Chin is by far the best eye Dr around but booked almost a year out, he's excellent. HOWEVER the reception desk cancelled the appointment and when we showed up with the appointment card gave little explanation other than seeing another Dr at a later date. We should never have rebooked but we did and saw another Dr. He was rude unprofessional and crass. After booking a future appointment, I decided to go elsewhere and cancelled the future appointment only to have them try to confirm the appointment a year later. This office... read more
