I may owe my life to the actions of a member of the nursing staff and a GP in the practice. I can't thank them enough. Are there issues with booking an appointment? Of course there are. But this is the NHS and these issues have complex roots which can only be resolved at a national level. It would be wrong to blame staff at any practice for issues beyond their control.
