I had a very disappointing experience with this developer. They do not have a proper communication channel and are difficult to reach. The land was sold at a very high price, and even after the settlement was completed, they demanded unnecessary changes to the floor plan. These requirements were never mentioned in their guidelines at the time of sale. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience, and I do not recommend this developer.
The project has faced considerable delays with no clear explanation, and there seems to be a noticeable lack of communication after you've made your deposit. I would strongly advise steering clear of this developer!
I do not advise anyone to deal with them. They are a fraudulent company. They stole my money
I have been building indsutry 20 years. I refer two client to this estate back to Covid time. Land delay but just settle, but estate sales agent did not reply email regarding referal fee. Now the market is downturn again and all builder and land estate start offer those thing again so be careful deal with RPM real estate who selling land and townhome across the Melbourne.
