The park is one of the only nice quiet places to live in rust on that is left!And the people that are saying anything bad are ones that I am sure probably could"t follow the rules and were asked to leave. You would want that in a neighborhood, or else it would end up not being a good place to live or raise your children. It is very quiet, also.
