Cleanliness is a major concern. The guest restroom was dirty. In addition to a ring around the toilet and the filthy floor, the trash can was overflowing onto the floor. Clearly no one cleans the restroom on a regular basis. Unfortunately, the patient restrooms are worse. There was a black substance around the toilet in the floor and in the tiles in the shower. Again, it’s apparent that the place is not cleaned regularly.
I had rhe best experience ever! The place was clean. The Staff were very friendly and knowlegeable. I asked some pretty hard questions and the one question that the Staff did not readily answer they researched and gave me wealth of resources. Totally impressed...
This place is a joke. The rehab part anyways. They were going to let my grandmother lay all night long without pain medication after she broke her hip. I go and pick it up from the pharmacy myself, come back and she’s halfway hanging off the bed. There are no rails and she said felt like a bar was in her back, the bed was so old. There were fleas or gnats or some kind of tiny bugs in the floor and on wall. The bathroom was so gross, I wouldn’t even use it. Looked like a gas station bathroom. Kemet is a pleasure to work with. He has a wonderful personality and it is clearly evident that he is passionate about what he does!!!
The staff and administration give the best care. I was pleased with the care they provided my loved one. The entire stay I went there daily and had no complaints. I don’t usually leave reviews but I was actually impressed with the care provided.
