My brother is currently being taken care of by Westwood. The staff is very caring and will do what they can to help!
My Dad was a recent resident at the Westwood facility. My sister and I live in Massachusetts, and needed him in a place we could feel confident he was taken care of and his needs were being met. Westwood and their amazing staff went above and beyond! He loved the staff and they loved him. Whenever we visited him the atmosphere was so pleasant and upbeat. It gave us much needed peace of mind, knowing he was in a great place, being very well taken care of!
I was a patient in Westwood in 2023 and being a retired nurse and having worked in long term care some in my career I knew what facilities could be like , but I can honestly say I was very well taken care of and the therapy team helped me greatly as did the facility staff.
The personnel at Westwood consistently exhibit exceptional friendliness and assistance. They exceed expectations for the residents and genuinely feel like family. The staff members are highly attentive and possess extensive knowledge about each resident, as if they have developed personal relationships with them. The team here genuinely cares.
