The service at the time was amazing but then when it came to sending insurance claims on time it's not the best service. I received a call 2 years after the service that my bill wasn't paid. Come to find out it was because it was never sent on time, so I called my insurance and they asked for Westwood to appeal so they could get paid. Couple weeks later I received a call back from the accountant in the office telling me she received a check, and it was all paid for. Two months later I get a call from the collections company ... read more
They got me in as fast as they could when my tooth fell out. They are always friendly and as kind as be.
The staff at Westwood Family Dental including the office staff, hygienist, and dentist have been caring and considerate of me and my family’s needs. We appreciate them! C. Skelton
This place is a joke. They have called my wife the day before her and my two kids appointment and have cancelled 4 times. Every time they say someone is sick and we have to cancel. What a joke they are.
