My experience at Westwood Dental was exceptional. Dr. Reynolds and his team took the time to examine my dental needs and then explain them to me in such a helpful way. Dr. Reynold's expertise was so impressive and really earned my trust. Can't wait to send all my family and friends to this office!
I have updated my review. I do not normally leave reviews because I know they can have a negative impact and that is not my intent. My son has been a patient here for over a year and has always said the office staff as well as Dr. Reynolds are very kind. We did decide to get a second opinion because every 6 months we were constantly paying for cavities and he never used to get cavities and we don't have dental insurance and it's super expensive. Bad customer service. Receptionist doesn't answer the phone has snarky attitude when I finally get a phone call back. Wanted to reschedule my appointment but decided to cancel after her unprofessionalism.
