It's like a prison in here. Paying over 5 grand a year for lot rent and then they threaten litigation because of some leaves. I don't pay money to get threats. Not only is it a prison, they steal your money too, and it's getting worse every day

Peaceful surroundings
Nothing in any of the homes listed for sale does it tell you that it has to be a cash sale. Didn't provide a copy of the lease to the mortgage company until the day the closing was supposed to take place and because of their lease you can't get title insurance. Loss for both buyer and seller.
They said no one can go solar because the park doesn’t allow it. They state it’s a eye soar.
