The looks and cleanliness is fine but I hate when I have to get in the line to pay because as many of these kind of stores, there are plenty of cashier machines but only 1 or 2 actually helping buyers checking out. They let the lines grow too long when they finally open another cashier. But on top of that, all these cashiers socialize with the customers in a way that makes me think they've been close friends for years and they are catching up after so long.
