I honestly don’t know where to begin, but I do know where the issues started. The information they provided in person was completely different from what I was told by CDCP and Sun Life. It feels like they rely on customers not having enough knowledge, and they know how to turn things around in their favour. My experience was extremely disappointing. Absolutely Amazing! I’ve been gone from Thompson for over 8 years and have had many dentists working on my teeth that have had broken root canals, cavities and early signs of gingivitis. Of all these times, my teeth have gotten crooked and there’s been times my fillings have fallen out. As soon as i get back to Thompson i book an appointment here, and have had everything fixed up within an hour and a half! My teeth are even and my jaw line feels brand new!
