Has to be Chicago's biggest slumlord. Beautiful building that is treated like garbage. There are so many broken appliances, leaks from outside and from above units, sinks are falling out, bedbug infestation. Anything that you can think of it happens here. The unit is so beautiful, but this landlord should be put in jail. When the heat does work, he will not show up. You will only hear from him is he thinks that you did not pay your rent.
