Back panel of vehicle was apparently pushed out 1/4 of inch and car wash machine pulled back entire panel, dented the bumper and cracked the bumper. Never had this issue before with any car washes I ever went thru before. Owners had no recourse. Sad! You would have thought the attendants on duty would have noticed this since they sprayed the vehicle before going thru if it was a concern.
