As a newer member, I’ve been really impressed with Westwood so far! I think the space accommodates almost any type of training style you’re looking for. A wide variety of equipment that is well-maintained and in a practical layout. Everyone here respects the space and each other, plus I really love 24/7 access and the sauna! Would definitely recommend this location or Midlo to those who are serious about training.
Friendly community. Incredible facility. Fully stocked with everything I could ever need, from specialized equipment to electrolyte packets. Great layout allows for ample space even when busy. Extremely well kept. Overall, Westwood athletics is an exceptional gym.
I have only positive things to say about Westwood. I switched here in August after searching for a better gym and I found it. The members are respectful and I feel safe despite it being an unstaffed gym. The 24/7 hours give me a ton of flexibility in my gym schedule. I love the recovery room and honestly could spend hours at this gym if I had the time. The small touches are nice like toiletries, magnetic phone holders, and Spotify controlled by those in the gym.
