Had a great experience touring westwinds apartments. Ms. Angie was very pleasant, polite and respectful when answering all of our questions!
Westwinds is a great place to live. The property is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, and everything you need. Angie is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond for the residents. Recently, she noticed my car was about to be towed and called me repeatedly until she was able to reach me. She even stopped the tow company from taking my car until i was able to move it. I am incredibly grateful for her kindness and willingness to help. Angie is very kind,approachable, and extremely helpful in every way with leasing information and help with service requests.
Horrible place to live. I asked for a new parking permit due to mine being damaged which Angie taped to my door. My car got towed and I sent photos of the permit she provided. She gave me the wrong color and called me a liar even though I have her on camera dropping it off. She yelled at me and called me a scammer. She said she refuses to help me with anything in the future. I was stuck paying $400 in tow fees and she told me I should be grateful she convinced them to take $50 off.
