Claims to be doing business a corporate management company but after doing some investigating, Tishau Holdings and Tiashu GP has no knowledge of Westwinds Apartments doing business under there GP name!!!! Management's only concern is rent being paid on time. Showed me one unit then rented me another which was NOT the same and very outdated. There was nothing I could do since I had already signed a year long lease. There were ants coming out of the walls and cockroaches so bad on the back patio and entry walkway, I had to beg... read more
Great Staff and Maintenance!!! I want to thank Angie Titus along with maintenance for responding so promptly to our service requests. Angie made certain that our repairs and pest control services were completed by the next day. She did not hesitate to show up personally to ensure that all is going accordingly. She is a stellar Leasing Specialist! Maintenance staff are always quick, kind, and professional. We have lived here since 2021 and I am glad that we found this place!
Do not move here the hillside leasing management is poorly ran. They will bill you with hidden charges and your utility bill continues to go higher and higher every month. They charge you if you need maintenence to come out to fix something. This place is robbing you blind. They say they are behind billing you your utilities for 3 months then when you move out they are billing you 3 months worth when you've been paying every month after the month you move in. It should only be the month of and the month prior if that. Incred... read more
