Had to leave a good review for the office staff here. Angie is such a sweetheart and truly the best to work with. Also incredibly appreciative of Roberto, the maintenance guy. He’s clean, efficient and so polite. He makes things much easier for us when we’ve got any questions or repairs that need attention.
We moved in a month ago, and this is a nice place. The unit is spacious and stays cool, our favorite part is the full size washer and dryer. Angie from the leasing office helped us a ton with getting moved in to our new place! She's done a lot to guide us through the process. There were a few issues with the leasing process and our dryer wasn't working when we moved in, but Angie worked hard to resolve it quickly. Props to Roberto the maintenance man, he's great!
The leasing office was nice to work with while I moved in. So far I have been happy in my unit. The grounds are well maintained.
Claims to be doing business a corporate management company but after doing some investigating, Tishau Holdings and Tiashu GP has no knowledge of Westwinds Apartments doing business under there GP name!!!! Management's only concern is rent being paid on time. Showed me one unit then rented me another which was NOT the same and very outdated. There was nothing I could do since I had already signed a year long lease.
