Westwind manages my community's HOAs. Their accounting practices make it impossible for a homeowner to prove payment. I received a late notice 20 months after they claimed I didn't pay it! Every time I provided them with proof of payment, they changed the month of missed payment and I had to start all over again. I was so frustrated and angry I ended up paying twice for the sake of my sanity! Demand receipt from them every quarter! had to start again.
