We lived here for about two years. While there were some issues early on, things significantly deteriorated over the past year. The turnover rate for maintenance staff was incredibly high, and for a period of time, there was no maintenance personnel available at all. Kimberly at Westwind has been a blessing housing my parents and meeting all thier needs . Kimberly has shown that she cares about all her clients this women has the heart of gold . I feel my parents are safe and protected with her in charge of the property . All Kimberly’s crew at Westwind from maintenance to the office they make sure all their clients needs are meet . Highly recommend if you have elders that needs to be in caring living community to come check out Westwind apartments

This is one of the best places to rent from in Killeen. The new staff truly cares for their residents and fixed long standing issues that were never addressed previously(Example: the gate now closes after years of safety concerns and emails). My matinence request were always answered promptly and being able to have quick contact with the managment team via their chat was great for an introvert like myself. The lady who answered was very rude when I was asking questions and hung up on me while I was still talking. Horrible customer service wouldn’t want to live somewhere with such rude and unhelpful employees.

I am a current resident with a window that has been broken since January! Very frustrating! The building across from me has a broken window as well. I don't understand the hold up at this point.
