RecommendedMy Step Father has been at WestWind for almost 6-7 months. First of all it doesn’t look like a hospital it looks like a hotel when you pull up. And everyone is so so nice. From the front desk all the way administrators everyone is so helpful & kind. Yesterday we celebrated Halloween with all the residents and staff it was a good day. I like this place because it’s not a care home everyone here has some type of memory loss so it’s like their all the same but different.
The staff, activities, food, cheerful environment just to name a few.
If I need to go there later, I would like to go to west Wind!
My sister’s mother in law recently moved there and feels very comfortable there and my sister and brother in law have positive feelings about it-
I feel totally welcome and "at home" when I visit. I'm thrilled to already see improvements in my grandmother's mobility and mental engagement. This is exactly the environment she needs. I'm so relieved and happy! No weird smells, super sweet staff, nicely furnished / decorated facility, and so many awesome planned activities!
