Front desk receptionist is extremely RUDE and speaks to people as if they’re stupid. Customer service here is 0/10. I have been to this medical practice, and I would not recommend based on their customer service. Besides NP Ceci Márquez, who is a wonderful health professional, thats all the good I can say of this place. Dr. Mina is unprofessional as well as the front desk staff.
Wonderful, did a telemedicine, glad cause I was so sick and couldn’t leave my bed, I didn’t want to get anyone else sick. Dr Haidarian and Ceci called in my meds and I recovered, Thank you

Took my mother, on a Tuesday, for an appointment to see why she was so dizzy. The doctor was great but her staff is horrible. The doctor wanted to follow up with my mother in Friday, the girl at the front asked us to call for an appointment that day knowing full well that the doctor doesn't see patients on Friday. Now we have to wait until Monday and my mom was just told she has severe case of vertigo and hypertension. Worst experience with a doctors office, and I've had some horrible ones.
