Absolutely Trash customer service, if I'm calling to make an appointment is because your site doesn't work and because I have Insurance and I have this doctor listed as PCP, the fact I can't get an appointment after they verify I'm able to afford the care is Insulting also they gave me two weeks of waiting time. I do not recommend this place at all.
I adore Dr. Haidarian. She is always thorough, always thoughtful and truly hears your concerns and offers good care. Her staff is also caring and professional. I never have to wait long to be seen and never feel rushed while meeting with her. Thank you to everyone at Westwind Medical Associates. You are so appreciated.
EVERYONE at Westwind Medical Associates on Westwind and Escondido are amazing! They are all have the knowlede, technical, medical, and interpersonal skills to serve their patients. The doctors spend all the time we need to serve our medical needs and answer all the questions I have!.
