Agreed! Horrible! Notably over the past year or so with the new management! It is prone to mold and ceiling leaks. The new management/staff is not as courteous or concernened about residents. They started charging residents a \$50 deposit just to use the gym (term used loosely since it consists of about 3 outdated machines in a small room). Most apt complexs include much nicer facilities for no extra fee! We have lived here for several years. With recent change in management, many improvements and upgrades are occurring. The price is equivalent to others in the area and better than some with similar amenities. The complex is well shaded with tons of trees and the apartments are well insulated for noise reduction. The complex is safe and well lit, and they allow pets. The office staff are friendly and accommodating; maintenance crew are awesome and strive to meet all issues in a timely manner. Although management has been taken over, the amount of money asked to live in this partment complex is NOT worth waht you get. It is, however a GREAT place to start off (1st apartment, or maybe an in between apartment) Parking absolutely sucks, but overall the apartment complex is a nice, safe place.
