I'm not a "Karen" by any means. When you constantly ask for something and continue to be ignored, then it's time to say something. Being without a washer/ dryer for over a month, paying rent IN FULL on a consistent basis does not warrant this kind of treatment. We have been ignored on other maintenance requests now as well. Think carefully before moving in here. The one star rating is only because you HAVE to on here.
West wind is a awful
Just now found out that this place 'Evicted' me almost 9 years ago when I didn't have any defaults in my rent and AFTER I had already moved out! How is this even legal! Id give 0 stars if I could!
